I remember being really proud of this song and uploading it to mp3.com for some contest or something. I won the contest and this was featured on the homepage for a week and it got a TON of play time. I was only about 15 years old so this felt like a huge achievement to me.

I remember going to computer class and sneaking to log on to mp3.com so I could check how many more plays it had received.

A cool thing I did was record a piano section and then reverse part of it to give it a unique cool sound. That was hard to make the timing work on. I haven’t done that technique since this.
